We used VISTAS Healthcare. They were good but made quite a few mistakes. It's a large company, so there were several mistakes made with my mother’s medications and some decisions made that, I felt, could have been handled better. However, I will say to their defense that every time I had an issue, after that, rather than questioning us, they would just send a nurse out at any time. They were really good about that. They were excellent at addressing my mother’s pain.
