Gentiva Hospice is not here every day. I have a nurse that comes in twice a week and somebody that comes in three times a week for cleaning and bathing. If I have any other issues, I could call them and there's a nurse always on-call night or day, so I can call and talk to somebody. They can come out if I need them. They're very good at what they do, very caring, and concerned. There's also a social worker that comes out and visits once a month. There's also a preacher and visits once a month. There's a lot of contacted people. I really like them. They do a good job and take care of my husband. If there's an issue, they get back to me.

We only did Gentiva Hospice - Dublin for a couple of weeks because they were so terrible. The nurses that came there to take care of my mom didn't even know what they were doing. They wrapped her legs and the bandages fell off. They just had no clue what they were doing. When I tried to call and talk to somebody, they never called me back. I just got empty promises from them that they never fulfilled their agreements. And then my mom's medication was always late, so she would run out of medicine, and they didn't refill our medicine at times. I had to call them all the time to tell them what to do, so that was terrible. Everything was billed through my mom's Medicare, so I never saw any bills. Everything was straight to the insurance company.
