The fact I know I have transportation and can make it to appointments on time makes life easier. I think that the two case managers that I've dealt with will bend over backward to find what I need and how to help me. I haven't felt pressured by them at all.

It used to be much better, but they lost a few key people and quality has gone down in the last few months. It definitely affects my father and myself because I don't feel as secure as I used to. The caregiver was really good, but they've had to replace that caregiver since the changes in the office have been very poor. If I feel like my dad isn't being taken care of very well, I worry and my father worries.

Generally, they have been responsive. When I request more hours or change my caregivers, they respond to that. I need a caregiver to help me to stay sane by giving me free time to go out.
