I am a current client of this provider
I need them to walk on my left side, and she always goes to my right side. I don't think she knows right for left. I tell her to turn right and she turns left. She does not listen to what I tell her, so they are totally unreliable.

She takes me to the doctor, she holds on to me, she makes sure that I don't fall. I like the caregiver and her expertise. She is able to take care of me and my wife.

The fact I know I have transportation and can make it to appointments on time makes life easier. I think that the two case managers that I've dealt with will bend over backward to find what I need and how to help me. I haven't felt pressured by them at all.

It used to be much better, but they lost a few key people and quality has gone down in the last few months. It definitely affects my father and myself because I don't feel as secure as I used to. The caregiver was really good, but they've had to replace that caregiver since the changes in the office have been very poor. If I feel like my dad isn't being taken care of very well, I worry and my father worries.

Generally, they have been responsive. When I request more hours or change my caregivers, they respond to that. I need a caregiver to help me to stay sane by giving me free time to go out.

Home Care Assistance has really good listeners, and they are oriented to satisfy the customers and listening to their needs. Home Care Assistance's has made life easier because it provides me with a good weekend health care person. We have a hard time finding someone to do weekends. It is stressful when Robert doesn't like the care.
