Pacific Angels comes in one week out of the month, four hours in the morning and three hours in the evening. I'm not happy with them. They said they were certified and bonded, but they're not. They fix Mom's dinner and just stand around doing nothing. We don't like them. Honesty would be nice. They should also work on their courtesy in general. They're not nice and friendly to my mother and they make her feel uncomfortable, and because they're not certified they have no idea what to do with a dementia patient.
