We're using Kindred at Home. They've been doing physical therapy with my brother. They've been great. We haven't had any problems with communication. They have a nurse, an occupational therapist, and a physical therapist. He's doing a lot better now. We've been real happy with them. They just come by and check on him and do exercises with him, temperature, blood pressure, and all that stuff. They usually show up within a certain timeframe. They've taken good care of him.

We employed Kindred after my mother left her 3 week rehab after a fall. The purpose was to have someone continue the therapy to help her with balance and to build strength that will allow her live independently. I have only deterioration during the 4 weeks of this home therapy. I called and spoke with a manager who informed me they were doing "chair exercise". This is rediculous as she needs to be building her confidence in walking. This manager told me the PT would be calling me which has not happened. I am now awaiting a call from a third person. If you need a babysitter this place might be fine but IMHO that is all the do.
