This assisted living provider is a nice environment for people with disabilities to live in and still be able to be out in the community and do community activities. The residents are also able to have jobs of their own and have 24-hour care at home as well. Most of the residents are quite friendly and they have the chance to meet with other residences through company functions and activities where they are able to develop strong relationships. Some residents are given the chance to compete in Special Olympics. Staff members are also given the opportunity to take residents out to do fun activities on a regular basis. Residents constantly set monthly goals to meet and staff help hold them accountable to their goals. I really enjoy being a part of this community and I have developed many relationships with all of the residents, from the highly disabled to the less disabled.
