Heartsong Assisted Living was very small. It was like a tiny little dorm room with a bathroom down the hall. The staff that I met during the tour were very nice and very friendly. They had kind of a dining area because it was a different type of facility. It was more like a little family there.

I have gone there to visit twice & both time owner was very short with residents & very rude to the employees. I bet they have a hard time keeping staff..I wanted to take my friend out of there..

When I was visiting a friend I witnessed the owner being rude to another resident & very rude to there employees, I can see why you always see knew faces. Facility is always clean.

- Special Comment: At Heartsong our residents get to enjoy a homelike environment that allows them to be as independent as they care to be. We have a six passenger golf cart which we use to take our residents out to have fun and enjoy a nice day. We have a park near by where we sometimes take residents to enjoy a nice picnic. We might even stop off and enjoy a baseball game. We offer hairstyling, recreation, fun and activities.
