From our first impression of Bonaventure of East Wenatchee continuing on, it's been just excellent. All the people are super friendly and very caring, and it is a very uplifting experience there. We're really pleased with the place. The grounds are perfectly maintained, and the outside is very welcoming. There are walkways all over and outside the independent living cottages. The inside is very light-filled. Mom has a very nice 1-bedroom apartment with modern kitchen facilities like a dishwasher and a microwave, and she has an outside covered deck. Their price is also very reasonable.

We toured Bonaventure of East Wenatchee. It's a nice apartment. We met some of the staff and they're nice people. They were helpful. This lady showed us around, and there was something going on in a lot of places there. There were libraries and all kinds of stuff. There's a room where people would come in, and they played cards and stuff like that.

Bonaventure of East Wenatchee was beautiful. They had nice rooms. The facility was very clean. They have good staff and lots of activities. You didn't even feel like you were locked down. They could paint and play games. A lot of the residents were just watching TV together. They kept them active. They were making cookies the day I was there.

I wasn't that impressed with Bonaventure of East Wenatchee. They were okay, they weren't bad, but they weren't of the same caliber as the other place. The staff who gave me the tour was awesome. The rooms were okay. The rooms were decent, but the place just wasn't as clean. It's just a feeling that you get when you get in there. I went to the memory care place. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't as nice. It just wasn't as clean as the other place. Some of the residents looked a little more unkept. The rooms were adequate, but they weren't as nice. The atmosphere was decent. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. The dining area seemed OK and nice.

We've chosen Bonaventure of East Wenatchee for my father. The walkthrough was good. We were able to see the whole facility and what different functions they do during the day. We viewed some of the apartments and also the memory care facility and it was in good shape. He's going into the assisted living facility portion for now. The director of the facility, Maria, did the tour with us. She was very knowledgeable and walked us through what options they had. We looked at two different options, a one-bedroom private room and a two-bedroom, one-bath shared room in memory care. They had activities during the day, and they had music in the dining room. They have games that the residents can play and participate in, exercise classes, and field trips that the residents can take weekly to the shopping mall, to the stores, or out to events.

First off, realize the money these places pull in. They are very defensive to protect the massive profits. Typical cost is $60k/yr. times 200 rooms = $12,000,000. year. or $33,000 per day income. The owners have something like 29 of these places. All employees are kids, think cheap nursing home staff @ tiny wages. Food? Are you kidding me? JUNK. Frequently wrong food, late and frequently forgotten. Horrible food compared to the nice sales brochure. Maintenance is nearly non existent. Kitchen appliances have been replaced with used stuff again. SHAME on the owners to take advantage of these people. SHAME

Bonaventure of East Wenatchee was very pleasant. The people that worked there were really nice. They had a lockdown at the time we were there because one of the workers tested positive for COVID, so it was really quiet. Everybody was in their rooms so we didn't really see its people. All the grounds were just beautiful and the inside was very clean. It was just really nice. I think it's about ten years old, so it's fairly new compared to the other ones we saw. We really liked it.

Visited this place as I look for spots for my mother. Staff was exceptionally nice, residents seemed happy (that I say in hallways, dining area, and common rooms), and the rooms were cute! They accept pets which is huge. Price seemed reasonable, though of course "extras" - laundry, etc - will always cost more. My only real complaint is that I wish some of the views in the main building were more picturesque. I understand that can't be avoided, but mom's potential for happiness would be higher with a place she could look out at a garden or mountain view. rather than a road or parking lot.

I was quite impressed as soon as we walked in to Bonaventure of East Wenatchee. It was like walking into a nice hotel, and the people greet you like they wanted you there. The suite we are going to be living in has a view to the west of the Wenatchee River and the Cascade Mountains, and it was very pleasant. They had social hour one day, exercise facilities 3 days a week, an activity to improve your balance -- which I need badly -- and 3 days a week to strengthen ourselves. I saw the theater and the library with quite a selection of books. They had laundry rooms, and the apartment we are getting has a space for washer and dryer. What's very important to us is we will start out in the independent living, and then we can eventually have assisted living and memory care all in one building.

Bonaventure was a very impressive facility, the people were very kind and thorough, and the amenities were great. It was wonderfully clean, very welcoming, and the setting was gorgeous. I think it was pretty new as well. I would consider going there in my waning years.

I visited Bonaventure of East Wenatchee. The staff seemed very friendly and efficient. There was plenty of good parking, a beauty shop, and a big patio. The facility was very nice. It seemed like they had great programs, nice rooms, and a good selection of food. They had card games and Bible study, bus tours, and musical people that came in to entertain them.

We really liked Bonaventure. It was a nice, friendly place, and more like a hotel than an assisted living. We were able to meet some of the residents during the happy hour who were really friendly. They go on trips almost every day of the week, plus have in-house activities, too.

We chose Bonaventure because our family members live there and it was adequate for what we wanted. The staff is very good. They've been very helpful and friendly when we go there. We can call and get answers and information all the time. They have very good meals. What we like best is the way the staff takes care and interacts with the people.
