I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My cousin lived here for over a year and the staff was very helpful, the environment was welcoming. He made many friends while here and will miss them all. thank you again to the staff for all their help.

The rooms are nice, We've had some problems with squeaking dryers, fuses blowing. There are no planned activities by the staff, only by the residents. There is air conditioning only in the office, and bottom floor common rooms. This facility inside is secure, but it is not gated in the parking lot. There is no dog park. The lease states that your dog may not urinate or poop anywhere on the property. But the barked planters at the back parking lot has a waste can and poop bags. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8 am. There is a bench and ash containers for smokers in the front parking lot. I do feel safe here. And I like my apartment. I just wish the managers could plan some events. Most people are bored

I went to Reserve at Lacey, and I visited that place. They have everything there. I would say the living atmosphere is pretty good. I only met one staff member, and she was very nice. They have a pool, a dog park, shuffleboard, and stuff like that. They have all kinds of little things. They have a reading room and an activity room. They have a lot of stuff. They play cards, checkers, and some kind of card game. They do all kind of things. The tour was nice. I had a good time just walking through and seeing different things. The apartments were very nice. Some of them have furniture included.

The advertisement says air conditioning and there is NO air conditioning in the apartments, only in the area where the staff office is located. Also, there is noise from other residents above flushing their toilet and when they walk around. smells in the hallway are usually whatever is being cooked at the time lol. It is not a simple task to dispose of trash and often the container is so full, trash is sitting along the side of the container. Exhaust fumes come inside the apartment from vehicles, noise from street if you live on street side, and exhaust from the vents of washer/dryers coming in the apartment when windows are open and wind blowing.

We toured the Reserve at Lacey. It's a good place to live in, a nicer environment, everything, the place is convenient around the area, Mcdonalds and shopping centers. It's a very decent place. It's nice and clean. They've got all of the facilities that are needed for the elderly. The rent is reasonable for somebody with social security income. It's just newly opened, the complex is brand new, no more than a year old. The staff was very courteous, very self-explanatory as far as facility, very polite, helpful, and very encouraging.

Reserve at Lacey is a newer property. I looked at a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom. It's nice, but it's a little bit smaller square footage wise than where Mom's at now. It's brand new, and it's nice. There's still a lot of development that's gonna be taking place in that area. They're trying to redevelop that entire corridor. There's a McDonald's there and a Safeway right across the street, which is really convenient. It's located in a good area and it's easy access to the freeway. I talked to one of the residents and she just raved about the place and the niceness of it and the air-conditioning, but the square footage is a little bit small. It varies according to the style of apartment that you secure. They're still dealing with Covid, so a lot of services are just beginning to come back open. I was basically there to see what they had to offer.

Reserve at Lacey was really awesome. The staff was wonderful, and the people were wonderful. Everything was brand new, for example, the washer and dryer. Everything was great. It's in the middle of everything, like stores. It is far out there, but it is convenient. They have everything you can imagine. They had bigger rooms than the other place, so they had more stuff.

The site says Air Conditioning. My apartment doesn't have it. They say only small dogs. There are large dogs and some cats here also. Be prepared to downsize if you previously lived in a house. The apartments are small but nice, the kitchen doesn't have many cabinets. And there isn't medicine cabinet in the bathroom. Have to use a drawer. The closets are roomy, so I don't rent the extra storage available.

I chose the Reserve at Lacey and I'm waiting for them to move in. I had a very good visit there, the staff was wonderful, and very helpful. It's brand new, and it's affordable, their apartments are really nice. I liked the way they've done the floor plans, because for 718 square feet it looks a lot bigger. The amenities are excellent, they're gonna have a computer lab, they're waiting for the computers, they have a workout room, they have an entertainment room, then they have a family room if you want to do a dinner, you can invite your family, and they have free parking.

I visited this facility

I visited the Reserve at Lacey. After mulling it over for days, I just decided that it just wasn't the right size. I've looked at one bedroom, it was beautiful, but it just was not going to work for me. There were two courtyards, one of them or maybe both of them had firepits with benches. There was a pool there, a hot tub, and an exercise room. They were gonna put in a yoga studio. It was really nice. Vanessa was very nice. I have some mobility issues in terms of walking and stuff. She was really nice, she just kinda walked a little fast for me. I only had interactions with Vanessa. They were still in the process of moving furniture into common areas, so not everything was completely set up.
