The Reserve at Everett

The room at The Reserve at Everett was okay, but it was a little smaller than the one at another facility I will hopefully be moving to. It had all of the amenities that I would need for independent living. The outside and inside of it was well-kept. I was not very satisfied with the staff itself. When it came to filling out the application, they were trying to do their best, but they didn't put an applicant ID number on the application. They missed out on that. They were supposed to have an applicant ID number on the form and if they had done that, then, it would be an easier process of filling out the application. The overall atmosphere of the apartments was comfortable. They had a lot of amenities outside of the apartment for what appeared to be for people who needed assistance. They had a gym, a theater, a sauna, a library, and a gathering place.
