We toured McCray Court Senior Living. Everyone has his own living space, kitchen, dining room, bedroom, and bathroom. My cousin liked it because it was in and out, like it had a front door and a back door, and she liked the individual place on her own. Each door had a key. Then they had a community room and someone was always there on the desk on duty. They had a little library. When you first go in, you push a button to get in. But after you get in there, each one of the residents has his own door. I liked the access to your own place - the kitchen, the bedroom, the bathroom, everything was accessible right there on that one floor. When we came in, we had to buzz in. There was a lady in the office, and they asked who you came to see, and then they let you come in. And so, she was there to greet you at the door. The place was clean and it smelled good. It didn't have that nursing home smell.
