Acclaim at The Hill

Acclaim at the Hill is brand new. It's a beautiful facility and it's clean. The other thing we felt about it was that you had no view. It's very urban and there's traffic outside your windows. The floor plans were lovely. The person that we met with was fine. I think they are primarily luxury active adult living. The staff took us around to look at various units. They have exercise classes, a fire pit, a fitness center, and a multipurpose room for games. They don't offer housekeeping. They don't have a library. They don't offer meals. They have a movie theater, onsite maintenance, onsite management, and onsite storage for a fee. They have outside spaces, but I didn't see much of that. They have a pool, a security system, and a sprinkler system. They don't offer any kind of transportation, though I don't know that you would need it because Fredericksburg has a bus system you could get around on. You pay for your own utilities. We only met one person. He was very personable, and pleasant and explained things clearly.
