Residences at North Hill is all brand new. It's a new construction. So, everything is spick and span and clean. They have studios, one-bedroom apartments, two bedrooms, and three bedrooms. So, they are a lot larger. They're on a very busy highway, which is also a bus route, so that's a good thing. They were just not very flexible about the availability of moving in, like the fact that I have some section 8 needs and I have a Rising Hope Housing, which is offered to pay for the first three months of my rent to save me some money, but they were very inflexible with that. So, they're out of my price range. There was a gym, community rooms, and laundries on each floor. I don't believe they pay for utilities. The utilities are not included.
