The sales team at the facility is really good. The facility is really nice. BUT the care is terrible. They have a little cafe indoors but the menu has only 3 choices and they're all fried food. Imagine. Fried food to a bunch of old sick people. My mom hated it there and they knew it but that didn't stop them from constantly trying to get her to live there permanently. After being there for 2 months i realized their only real concern is not for the people but for the insurance money they get.

My dad's care at Rocky Mountain (Rocky Mountain Care-Heber) is very good. The staff is also very good. They have a very caring physical therapy staff and the nursing staff seems to stay up on top of things. The food was good, too. The facility is really great and it looks like a hotel. It's also new.

Last summer my grandmother stayed at the Rocky Mountain Care center. Whenever we visited her she would always look so happy and talk about all the activities she got to do that day. She would always inform us of upcoming crafts and how nice her nurse was. The nurses were very courteous to the precious time we had with our great grandma and gave us the space necessary, but at the same time keeping tabs on our grandma. The only thing grandma didn't like at the facility was bed time! They had musicals planned and all sorts of crafts. I specifically remember one day they were doing karaoke,my grams made me go up and sing her favorite song, (which I had no idea how it went). Never did I see a smile slip from my grandmas face during her whole stay.She had so much fun at this center and I would recommend it to anyone. My grandmother had a very peaceful passing and the staff at Rocky Mountain Care center helped that a lot.
