I had a very positive tour experience with Morningside Ministries at The Chandler Estate. The people were very friendly. The place had just been redone after being closed for four years. So, it was all modernized and the residents were also part of the community that would show you around and talk with you.

Morningside at The Chandler Estate offers senior-living accommodations that are ideal for seniors from all walks of life. Our independent living community includes all the amenities associated with home while eliminating the hassle of maintenance and upkeep. The Chandler Estate community includes a total of three buildings: the French Residence, the Howard Residence, and the Legacy House. Both the French and Howard buildings feature apartments with an array of comfortable floorplans options, each equipped with a full kitchen and granite countertops. The Chandler Estate has the convenience of onsite dining services, a beauty and barbershop, activity rooms, an art studio, and an abundance of other amenities! In addition to plentiful walking paths and mature trees, residents can enjoy time on the beautiful estate that provides a peaceful and active way of life. The Chandler Estate’s Legacy House sits in the original Victorian home of Mr. & Mrs. E. B. Chandler, built in 1887.
