This place has a really bad smell to it, building looks like it’s falling apart. The day nurses are rude and unprofessional.

I was visiting the facility and the administrator walked in and was yelling at the employees wouldn't even give them time to talk very unprofessional I feel so bad for them ladies! There seems to be no kind of structure in that building the management is very poor. The day nurses are very rude and snobby all of the aides do there job very well night shift nurses are awesome! Could be a great place if it had different management!

It is a clean place and the Staff are very caring!

This place has really gotten great over the past couple of years. The nurses and Nurse aids really care about my family and the other residents. They work really hard to keep residents happy and safe and healthy. My mom has made friends and is really happy here. Management check on her daily and make certain she is doing good. This place has given my mom a new home and friends when I was unable to by myself at home. God Bless

No stars. We moved my brother out of this facility December 24 2013. Patients and housekeeping staff told us my brother was being abused and neglected. The staff was rude and uncaring. The staff had no idea how to help a patient with advanced Parkinsons. Staff nicknamed my brother...The Faller.The administrator encouraged staff to berate and dehumanize my brother. This was to make him be more independent. He was withheld ice and water because he could not get ice and water for himself. The staff felt an advanced Parkinsons patient chose when he could walk. He was left with a call button out of service. I have pictures of this. Please if you have other options use them.
