Dolce Vita Lakeside Granbury does not have a lot of senior services, but it is a senior living facility. The apartments are well-equipped. This facility is only two years old, so pretty much all of the appliances and things of that nature are in almost new condition. The apartments themselves are very well-maintained, clean, and on the spacious side. I met one person involved at that particular time, and she was very helpful and courteous. She was very well informed about the units and things that they had. Nevertheless, if somebody is looking for senior living where they're going to have food service, entertainment, recreation, and those kinds of things, that would not be the case as far as Dolce Vita Lakeside Granbury is concerned. It's a place to live, and I'm sure it would be quite comfortable, but if you're looking for a broader spectrum of services, that's not the place.

I've looked at Dolce Vita Lakeside Granbury. It's brand new, and I like their rooms. The people were also very nice. Right now, they do not have a cafeteria, or a lot of the amenities that I would need. They do have people that could come in and bring food to you. They also have people that could come in and help with different things but all that would cost you extra.
