We have moved into Alders Cross Creek. It's been great. The staff is very personable. They know you by name, and they speak to you. It's a brand-new complex. It's very clean. Anytime we have maintenance issues, they get right on top of it. The people there are very friendly and warm. My apartment was smaller than what we came from here, which is OK, because we were trying to downsize anyway, but everything was fine. It's bright and cheery. No one has ever lived in our apartment. As far as the carpet and everything, everything is brand new. This building was built back in 2020 during Covid and they didn't start leasing out till about 2020. Regarding activities, they have bingo, and they have food trucks that come once a month.
