My husband and I are living in the Presidium at Edgestone, and we like it very much. We like the little cottages and not having to use an elevator to get around the building or whatever. We are on the ground floor, and we have a little patio. It's a more independent living, almost like having your own house. They do not provide meals. They have some activities, but not a whole lot. I think they have water aerobics and bingo. They have outings every once in a while, and they just had a party this past weekend. We haven't participated in any of them. The community has a beautiful swimming pool, a dog park, and nice walking areas.

As a resident I am pleased with the apartment, the amenities and the availability of activities. I am not pleased with the on-site management staff. They are not responsive to questions, comments or concerns. Their attention to detail is lacking. Also the cleanliness of hallways, floors and common areas is poor.

I was a recent resident at Presidium in Frisco but moved out due to my rent increasing by 20%. The apartments are fairly small and are not worth the price increase. The facility is fairly nice but the management team is toxic and are not very helpful. Many of the residents are older and are kinda cliquish and not very welcoming… Glad I left!

I went to the Presidium at Edgestone. It was beautiful, but the prices were high. The lowest they probably had was $1800. The apartments were beautiful, gorgeous, and big. They had a lot of places where you could order out, or you could order from them. The area was very nice.

My mother will be moving into the Presidium at Edgestone around August. It was very clean. It was very tailored. It was very modern. We looked at the one-bedroom. For the amount of square footage and once we added up all the things that were included, it ended up being a really good value. And the size of the apartment was very nice. Also, the balconies, I mean, the different floor plan options were nice as well. There was a salon and wellness spa. There was a library, music or piano room. There was an activity center. There was a pool, a game room, there was an outdoor barbecue grilling picnic area, an outdoor seating area, a community kitchen with coffee machines, and a socializing area. Because it's so very new, their tenancy is still moving towards full occupation, so in June of this year, they're looking to bring on an activities director. They already have some wellness and workout classes, but they're looking to add more. So I think that that'll be a result of more people signing on. They do have lunch and breakfast options. There's no onsite cafeteria, so we did not eat while we were there. They are on a hospital emergency grid for their electricity and power, so in the instance that power would go out precedented, Presidium at Edgestone would maintain their power.
