I visited the Album Keller Ranch. The price was better than the other room I looked at, it was more spacious and they have a washer and dryer. They have a dining area there but they don't serve regular meals. They have things where you can go on certain days like you can go for breakfast on Wednesdays, but generally, you prepare your own meals. The staff members were very fantastic. They have a pool, they have a fitness area and you can bring your pet as well. And they have different programs for you and activities like movies. Then if you require someone to take you somewhere, you can make arrangements to have that done. The community fee is cheaper than the other place. They have a barbecue area outside that you can reserve so you can cook.

Album Keller Ranch is a beautiful new community. It's fairly small, so there will be more opportunity to really engage with the other residents. The unit we saw was really spacious, they have great amenities, and the area and location are great. Retail, dining, grocery shopping, farmers market, and a winery are all within a very easy drive. We were really sold on them. They have a heated pool, a dog park, an outdoor grill, and a seating area. The community center has a small workout facility, a yoga and aerobics studio, a small craft room, and a small card room. They have a big open gathering area with a show kitchen with some bar top seating and a lot of smaller gathering tables. They have a media room as well that sits between 12-16 people for movies. The place is an independent living, 55 and up, and an active lifestyle community. It is next door to two different apartment complexes for families that want to live very close to each other, but still separately. They're basically on the same side of the road and almost share the same parking lot.
