My mom is at Great Plains Nursing and Rehabilitation. So far, the experience has been very good. This facility itself is very light. It is just very clean, well-kept, and quiet. You don't hear a lot of beeping. As far as the staff, they went above and beyond to get Mom in there, get her comfortable, and work with her. They have been very kind. It is very nice. She has a private room, and she has her own private bath in it. It is very clean and roomy. She likes it very much. Food has been very good. She really enjoys having her meals prepared for her. Other than a few meals that she just didn't care for herself, they have been very nice and very good. The staff are very kind and very sweet. They have bent over backwards to help us. They have done very well so far. I wish it was a little bit cheaper, but you kind of get what you pay for, too.

My Dad was in there for rehabilitation last year and unfortunately, he fell again and will be in there long term. The staff have gone above and beyond to help him/me with the paperwork. The whole thing is stressful and they helped us out so much. We are truly appreciative!

My mom is a resident of Great Plains. The food is decent and the facilities there are clean. Most of the staff members I have met are friendly and caring.
