Our Mother was there, for 100 days of rehab, in 2012, The ownership was changed, in Sept. 2016. It is now "The Waters"!! Golden Living has had several administrators, since Mother was there. We have nothing good to say about Golden Living, re: all departments, except rehab. Am in hopes all will improve, under the new ownership and new management!!

Golden Living Centers is a good place. There is a lot of help in the facility. My friend is in a private room right now, but she wants to share a room with another person. Her room is very spacious. The dining room is like a restaurant style. They serve the food to the residents. They also do a lot of activities. They have several services, music, bingo, arts and crafts. It's a great community overall.

Pop's Bug

The CNA's and nurses were friendly and genuinely concerned for the well being of my grandfather. I however cannot state that the facility was well staffed, there were a number of visits where my grandmother, mother or I were providing all of my grandfathers care because the staff was too busy to assist. In addition the physical therapy staff was not providing the prescribed oxygen to my grandfather during pt. That situation was quickly resolved after a conversation with the DON.

A fried was a patient in the rehab services there. The home was very clean, didn't smell bad. The food was very good. The nurses and the doctor was very good to the patients. They were respectable to the family and friends of the patients. The rehab services wer far and above any in our area. The therapists were straight forwarded. The goals were set and they worked toward them without making the paitent to uncomfortable.
