My husband is in Spearfish Canyon Healthcare. I'm very pleased. The nursing staff and the staff there are wonderful. They take very good care of my husband. For instance, he falls a lot so they don't leave him in his room. They have him seated right out by the nursing station, so they can watch him. So they've been wonderful. Cleanliness seems fine. I've never noticed anything amiss, they clean his room. They have a lot of activities. My husband doesn't participate in any of those, but they have bingo, they have cards, and they have outings and they go to. The dining area is very clean and nice. The food's been fine.
