Everyone we interacted with at Countryside Living was very friendly. It was very easy for us to set up a tour on the day we were interested in doing this. We were shown a variety of floor plans and staff seemed very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of the different questions that we had about the facility and its residents' daily life. The different services that they provide when it comes to assisted living were clearly explained to us and seemed to be very comprehensive. Staff seemed to know each resident by name and residents reacted positively to them so it seems as if everyone is well cared for. We were in the dining room when residents were eating and the food looked good. The residents seemed to be enjoying it as well. We were impressed by how clean and updated this facility was too. Everything seems well-maintained and up-to-date. If my grandma ever needs a facility like this, she has decided that this is one that she will definitely consider.
