I visited the Avera Brady assisted living facility in Mitchell, SD. I was extremely impressed with this facility. The residents were treated extremely well by staff, better than I have seen at most other care facilities. The staff was very patient as well. This was very apparent when lunch was being served the day I was there, I was very impressed. Residents seemed to have quite a few activities available to them and most seemed to be fairly happy. You don't always see this in care facilities. There was not a depressive mood at all. The cleanliness of the facility was also outstanding. Oftentimes, a care facility will have a distinct odor that isn't very pleasant. However, this was not the case at Brady. Thank you. Keep up the good work!

We have been with this place for over a year now. This facility is amazing! The staff are very helpful and friendly. Everything is very thorough and we are always kept informed on what is going on. It's a cleanily place and has a great atmosphere. Quiet, with the right amount of activity going on. Meal time is pleasant and very tasteful!! It was almost heart breaking to have to choose a facility for our loved one, but this place has met beyond any expectations I ever had.
