Very nice facilities, the food is very good, the medical staff on hand is also very good. But they'll still break your heart. Not the nurses or aids but the administrator. Case in point: my 91 mother who I visited daily had her heart issues, but still played video games on her computer to stay sharp mentally and got together with friends to play card games. One day after lunch was told that her apartment had been changed and that she now lived down the hall. No notice to anyone, no consultation with anyone in the family they just moved her. Broke her heart to be treated like that, her feelings were never taken into consideration. Classless move.
