Total Health was incorporated in 1985. It was founded to fill the demand for specialized home care services to elderly consumers living in Philadelphia and Delaware Counties. Since its inception, Total Health has particiapted in various long term care programs administered by the area's two largest offices of services for the aging. Specific services that are available include personal care, homemaker and respite. All staff are employees of Total Health that are carefully and rigorously screened, interviewed and supervised by an R.N.

Supportive Care offers personal care services, home support, respite, live-in care and transportation to appointments and social outings. The organization believes that "every client is a name, not a number." The staff is committed to addressing all calls personally, eliminating the annoyance of being sent to voicemail. Over the weekend, after hours and during holidays, clients speak with the same on-call supervisor, who grows to understand their histories and personal needs. Caregivers are matched with clients based on their care skills and personality compatibility.

Senior Helpers provides in home companion and personal care services that enable seniors to continue living safely, as independently as possible, in their own home. Our goal is to promote independence and provide assisted living in the home. Senior Helpers is a cost effective and attractive alternative that many seniors are choosing over placement in a nursing home or assisted living facility. Services can be provided on an hourly basis up to and including 24hr care and live-in care. All of Senior Helpers caregivers are our employees, are fully bonded and insured, and are supervised by an RN. Our approach is to offer ourselves as not only a service provider, but a care management team. With my background as a Home Care Physical Therapist for 10 years I am able to offer many added benefits included within our services. When assessing a client in the home I not only identify what services a client will require, but I also complete a home safety evaluation, a full functional assessment i.e. balance, strength, risk of fall etc., and provide a comprehensive plan of care including home modifications and choices for the future. With my experience and medical background I am able to recognize when additional services, such as skilled medical services, are needed.
