The patients don't seem to be taken care of well, the staff was rude and was just standing around. Didn't feel comfortable at all. Seemed very unorganized and understaffed. Very disappointed, will not recommend

The staff was OK at Valley West, but it didn’t appear to be clean and didn’t smell good. There were residents sitting in the hallways who werehospital bound. It’s just not a good feeling. They looked a little bit crowded and disorganized. I didn’t see them doing activities. There were a whole bunch of patients not doing anything.
