Dad ended up going to Sand Springs Nursing & Rehab Center for one week before he passed and they took excellent care of him. The staff was extremely caring and competent, and they paid a lot of attention. He had hospice while he was there too, and they did a great job. He wasn't eating, but they still offered him meals and it was good what we saw. The one time we tasted it, it was also good. The facility is old, but it's been remodeled and updated, and it is clean. There's no bad smell. The staff were excellent. The facility is not nearly as nice as the other facility, but they provided excellent care, which was our main concern.
