I'm currently at Westbrook Gardens Senior Living Community. It's perfect. It's just what I wanted. The room is clean. They clean it once a week. Their service is excellent. They provide me with all I need. They have too many activities. They also feed us three times a day, which is too much. They are super. They have cards and dominoes. It's all day every day. They have open seating in the dining area, but we tend to congregate in our own groups.

I was just very impressed with the help and the actual room that I'm supposed to get at Westbrook Gardens Senior Living Community. It has been redecorated. They do your laundry, feed you, do exercises, and just a whole lot of things going on. They have a lot of activities like puzzles and card games too. The lady that runs it was very, very helpful, and kind. They have an exercise room as well, a beautician that comes in, and a doctor that visits quite often.

Westbrook Gardens a "wonderful" place according to everyone you talk to. I would have to disagree. My 100 year old father was a resident here before he passed away. Upon daily visitations I quickly realized that looks can be deceiving. After time we noticed that things were beginning to disappear from his room. The same room that we pay WAY too much for. Also, be advised that the more care your loved one requires the more they are going to pay. When I would visit the staff would be kind to him but the second I was out the door he was treated with disrespect. He asked me countless times to get him out of there but I did not realize then how bad the situation was. My father was on a mechanical diet due to health issues but was given the same meal as everyone else that was not tailored to his needs. I do not mean to be negative but I would not want anyone to put their loved one in this facility without knowing the truth. Shame on you Westbrook Gardens.

I have had the pleasure of being involved with Westbrook Gardens SLC for many years now. My great aunt lived here for quite some time, before she passed away. Caring, professional, compassionate and welcoming- are just a few words to describe this place. The people are really what make Westbrook so incredible. Our family was very blessed to have such wonderful people caring for my aunt. Besides the incredible people, the facility is just beautiful and always smells so nice. Lastly, the food here is amazing!!! (She didn’t have any children of her own due to health complications, so my mother and I helped fill that void. She was like a parent to us, I was very picky about where she would have to stay when she was unable to stay by herself.) I would recommend this place to anyone for their loved ones!!

We found Westbrook Garden for my parents. The area is where they grew up, so there’s people there that they know. It seems to be pretty good, as well as the accommodation and the food. The staff are always pleasant, cheerful, and willing to help the residents.They have shopping trips, bingo, dominoes, and exercise classes. They are working on remodeling it, and I think that would help a lot. They could also probably use more staff, but that may be hard to find in a small area. If people are in the area, I would recommend this place.

This facility is really fabulous. The accommodations are just what my loved one needs. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The residents seem happy there. There were also activities such as exercises and different kinds of games. Definitely, a good place to recommend to other people who are seeking for a similar environment for their significant others.
