"We were not impressed with the people at The Willows. They were awfully busy -- they just didn't have the time for us. They cut us short, and we were not happy with that. We looked at the rooms, which were very nice, and that was as far as we got. It's a much newer facility. The studio was a reasonably large size. I couldn't see putting a double bed in there, but a single bed would've been fine. They didn't have any one-bedrooms available for us to look at. There was one staff that was trying to assist us, but she was just in a hurry. "

"My mother-in-law was a resident at the Artesian Nursing Home for a year. The quality of care she received was excellent. The Artesian is a very clean nursing home, the staff are compasionate and loving to all of the residents. If you are looking for a HOME for your loved one, I would highly reccommend the Artesian"

"I have to say this nursing home feels like home knowing that it it feels like home helps a lot with keeping your family member there! I also know employees we go outta there way to help & to make anyone comfy... they have employees who have been around for years & you can tell they care.. every nursing home has there problems but I can say if this home is aware of the problems they will do what it takes to fix it.. I also believe some people have to understand it takes time to fix problems & do things the right way.. "

"Ardmore Village is one of the best assisted living facilities in this area. The staff, facilities, and amenities are among the best around.The staff is caring and loving toward all the residents providing assistance when needed, but also allowing residents to take care of all matters they are capable of.The facilities consist of a lodge in which those that have a greater need for help reside, and independent living houses for those with less of a need. Both types of residents are well maintained and clean providing a welcoming atmosphere for both residents and visiting family and friends.Providing board games, outside activities, and therapeutic activities, the residents are rarely bored. They can stay as busy as they want to with various tournaments, social gatherings, and self-improvement activities.Aging is never easy, but with a little help, it can be more tolerable for most people. Ardmore Village provides that bit of tolerance "

"My grandmother spent her last year in Elmbrook home. I think she enjoyed her time there. We were allowed to visit her whenever we liked. The nurses came in every hour to check on her. Towards the end the specified her diet for her because she could only eat soup. She was taken in her wheelchair to visit her friends in the other rooms. I think she really loved it. My friend worked their too which made it a good experience. My friends mother happened to be a manager their as well. I would recomend this home! "
