The staff is really nice. The seem to really enjoy the patients. This means a lot to us as family. My great aunt really likes it there. She was really nervous and had a hard time adjusting at first, but it didn't take long for her to open up to the staff. She loves to play Bingo and she always looks forwards to that. She also enjoys the food.I like going there because it seems welcoming. The nurses always smile and talk with you and let you know how your loved one is doing. You can tell that even though some of the residents are worse off than others, but the nursing staff does a fantastic job.I don't have any complaints at all with the Wilson Nursing Center and with the quality of care they provide my great aunt. When I was younger I was always terrified of retirement homes and hospice centers. The Wilson Nursing Center has changed my attitude toward these facilities and really opened up my heart with their caring and kindness. They will never know how much our family appreciates that.
