We are very impressed with Willows Assisted Living Residence. It is very clean. The staff is helpful and attentive. They have a very nice hair salon. My mother loves her room, and she has met new friends. In her particular room, they installed brand-new carpet and gave it a fresh coat of paint. It is just a very nice place. She seems to like the food very well, too.

The Willows so far is so good and clean. Everybody is really nice and helpful. We just moved in and are still getting all of Mom’s stuff in. The furniture fit well. Everything feels really homey.

We were not impressed with the people at The Willows. They were awfully busy -- they just didn't have the time for us. They cut us short, and we were not happy with that. We looked at the rooms, which were very nice, and that was as far as we got. It's a much newer facility. The studio was a reasonably large size. I couldn't see putting a double bed in there, but a single bed would've been fine. They didn't have any one-bedrooms available for us to look at. There was one staff that was trying to assist us, but she was just in a hurry.
