I have moved into Stoney Ridge Estates - A 55+ Senior Community. It's centrally located in Broken Arrow. It's new. Access to the building is guarded, and not just anyone can come in. You have to have a keycard. It's big and spacious. The appliances are nice. It's an income-based community as well, so it's like between 21,000 and 51,000 that you can qualify for. The staff members are pleasant. They want to help you as much as they can. They go to great lengths to help you get in to get qualified. They do not provide meals. They're all one-bedroom independent living apartments with washer-dryer, bathrooms, closets, bedrooms, kitchens, dining, and living areas. It's only like two or three years old. They have activities. They have a small workout room. It is pet friendly, but there are certain criteria for the pet. Once a month they hold a birthday, ice cream, and cake in the activity room for all the birthdays of that month.
