Rooms are spacious, you have your own bathroom and shower! Good is flavorful and staff is kind!

My godmother seems happy about the care she's receiving at Highland Pointe Health & Rehab Center. They look out for her pretty well, the staff is friendly, and the financial manager is very helpful. It's a nursing home, and so far I don't have any complaints. The only thing I will say is sometimes it's kind of hard to get through; they don't answer their phones sometimes. Other than that, it's a pretty decent place, nice, and quiet. I like the community room, and there's a hair salon. Outside they have a porch where they could sit or roam the grounds in a wheelchair. It's like a long porch as you come into the door at the entrance. They could sit outside and read some magazines or whatever. It's a nice little community.
