The Acacia Place staff are some of the most kind, caring and patient people we've ever dealt with for this type of service. My loved one has a very short attention span and is enjoying going, never comes home hungry and is given meds as needed on time. The staff is always ready to assist if needed, help with eating, in the rest room or assistance getting around. There has been no resistance when it's time to get ready and always happy to see the driver. If I call with a concern or just checking in on how the day is going, it is always addressed and worked out without hesitation. Music is a big deal for my loved one and with entertainment and singing coming to see the residents during the week it makes for a more enjoyable day. I would definitely refer this Adult Daycare Program to others and know that they will have the same outcome as we have.

Acacia Place Adult Day is a day program specifically catering to older Adults in need of Socialization with peers while doing activities that provide cognitive enhancement. Acacia Place provided a number of activities such as: Cognitive activities ( trivia, puzzles, interactive programs ) Art and craft Bingo movie night Themed Celebration Outing trips Entertainers Picnic / outdoor eating Music Exercise Meditation classes Wellness classes Beauty Salon The staff at Acacia Place is well trained in helping Participants with their Activities of Daily living (e.g. help needed in the restroom, feeding etc.). Acacia Place also has the ability to provide Physical therapy or Occupational therapy if needed. We at Acacia Place also provide Medication Management for our Participants.
