Hawk's Point is very clean, they got wonderful food, and they seem to be very helpful. The only people that we interacted with was the lady director. The place was nice.

My mother was a resident of Hawk's Point. She ended up with an infected toe and surgery, yet the staff at Hawk's Point was supposed to be assisting with dressing and bathing. This is simply something that should not be missed. The administrative staff is not friendly, found to be demanding. We were told things before admission, that once our mother was admitted, they did not follow through on. Would definitely not recommend.
