My dad is staying in Zebulon Rehabilitation Center for rehab. The staff have all been helpful and attentive. He is on a special diet, and the food seems fine when I look over the menu. I believe certain areas could be cleaned a little better, but in general, most areas seem pretty clean.

I was very happy with my relative's care at Zebulon rehab. The staff were friendly and helpful. Her needs were attended to almost always within a couple of minutes of ringing her bell. The rooms were small, but clean. The food was well-prepared. There were multiple activities for the residents. The PT staff did a great job helping her regain mobility so she could go home. I would recommend Zebulon rehab for short or long-term care.

I have visited this facility several times and am always impressed by staff who are caring and knowledgeable. Facility always clean and residents moving about with smiles on their faces. Nurses truly are concerned about the care and condition of those they attend to. I would not hesitate to have a family member in this facility.

Zebulon Rehabilitation Center has been fantastic so far. They're taking care of my father quite well and they're making sure he's going through his therapy and eating three times a day. The staff have been very cooperative and pleasant to deal with. I don't have any complaints as of yet, and he's been there for three months now. My dad loves to eat and I haven't heard my dad complain about the food. They also have activities for the residents like Bingo and karaoke. The place is clean and doesn't have that old smell that other places have.
