My mom will move into Milner Commons. It was very nice. The property manager was super accommodating because my mom is in New York. I'm doing all the stuff for her. They were accommodating in letting me tour and look at it, given that I'm not 55 and up. The amenities come with a dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. They have air purifiers and a washer and dryer in each home, so you don't have to go anywhere for that or a separate unit. There are different floors dedicated to different things if they want to host an event. There's a game room and a computer room. There are people on staff if they need help filling out paperwork or need something printed or something like that. They have a room that is like an outdoor, but it's indoor, so it's kind of like a sunroom, they called it.

The tour I had at Milner Commons was wonderful. The only thing I have to do is save up some of my finances to get started, if I decide to own that particular area. The community is fine. They are a 55 and older community. Everything is nice. It's a very clean and very quiet area. Things seemed to be very welcoming when I went there. No problems at all. The apartment seemed to be spacious. They have everything. They have a game room, a library if they want to read, and a TV area if they want to be quiet by themselves. It's very good. The managers of the office were very clear about the rules that they expected the residents to follow. They were nice and respectful. It's also a newly built building.
