This facility was wonderful! I came to visit a friend before COVID happened and i was amazed at the building. The facility looked wonderful and clean and was odor free. As soon as i walked in the building staff stopped and greeted me and asked me if i needed any help. Several times while i was visiting my friend, staff members stopped and interacted with her. I would put my family member in this building which is not something i would usually say about a facility. Many residents were also participating in activities keeping them very involved and active.

This facility is beyond nasty there is not enough qualified staff to care for these patients. They are barely given enough food to feed a child. There is urine in the floors left unattended for patients to walk threw The place is full of water bugs The rooms are filthy If you ask for information or try to get your family member moved they make it virtually impossible refusing to release paperwork The administration is beyond rude I would encourage everyone to get your loved one out of this place now and move them to a place where there is qualified staff to care for them

The staff at Castle Creek Memory Care was extremely nice. The place was OK. They have nice-sized rooms, the place did not have an odor, and they have nice biblical sayings on the walls. They showed us nice and large rooms, we saw the dining area, and we also saw the yard where the dementia patients are allowed. They gave us a very good tour there overall. The staff member who accommodated us was very nice and they answered any questions we had.

be very careful about this home. we pulled my father out of here because of concern about his care & health. the only reason i rated this 1 star is because there is no lower rating. this home has been through multiple takeovers & making money has become more important than residents care & cleanliness. frankly i am surprised this facility is still operating. high turnover rate on workers & administrator, & no nurses on site. meds are dispersed by med tech's, which require 36 hrs of training. personally would not let this facility care for my family pet.

This facility has greatly improved it employees, administration, & patient/resident care in the past four months. The residents are so happy there with the new administrator, I heard one of the residents telling the admins. that she never wanted him to ever leave. My father is so much happier now.
