I was at Crouse Community Center a month or two ago. My parents are there. My mother has Alzheimer's, and my father has prostate cancer. They are very good. They have a nice community room, and my parents are across the hall from each other, so they could eat together and stuff until they pass. They provide very good care. The staff is very nice and very attentive. I was there with my parents when they had their lunch and dinner. They have a very good menu. The layout is nice. They have a nice community room where they have bingo and different activities on different days of the week. They are a not-for-profit organization, and they do very well in terms of value for money. The activities are very good. They get them to socialize with the other residents. It is more community-related. They're like neighbors.

My husband moved into the Crouse Community Center. It's as well as can be expected, they give him excellent care. I would want people to know that this is a good place. Everyone that works there, it's not only compassionate towards him, but also towards me. There are many opportunities for activities. They have courtyards where the residents can go out, and they can be outdoors, but they're safe because they can't get away from the facility. The people do their job well.
