The staff here, especially Tiffany, was amazing in helping to situate my parents. So personable! The facility itself is wonderful. There are so many things for the seniors to do. Also the facility is super clean. The only downside is the rates have increased by leaps and bounds these past few years. It has been a challenge to try to adjust their incomes to accommodate the quick rise in rent.

Excessive rent increasive 450 per month in 3 years are unjustified. Dented appliances Dishwasher is mediocre at best Noise level is high. You hear everything above you and out in the hall. One elevator for 119 apts Many higher quality complexes in the community

Camillus Pointe Senior Apartments was very nice. Their kitchens were also very nice. Except I didn't like the fact that there was only one elevator in the building and the building was laid out in a very large C shape. If you walked from one car to the end of the other car, you were at a third of a mile. It's a long walk. The staff was very knowledgeable. They had an exercise room, a barbershop/salon, a nice large community room, and a patio. The facility was in a good location because in the back of it, as you drive 3 minutes, you're at the Costcos, the movie theaters, and the markets.
