I couldn't say more about the kindness, professionalism, and caring of the staff! My dad has been there only about a week, but I can't believe how friendly and caring everyone is. The facility is bright, clean and welcoming. I have dealt with Lynn, Louise and Serna so far, and it has just been a pleasure! They make it so easy at such a tough time.

My mom has been there for about 10 days. The rooms are simple but clean, the staff are nice, caring and helpful.

Do not use this facility if you are a self-pay patient. They are unwilling to negotiate their rates for self-pay patients even though an overwhelmingly majority of their patients paythe Medicaid Rate which is $230.00 per day. The Administrator, Scott, wanted to charge my Dad $390.00 per day and was completely unwilling to negotiate. He knew we were desperate and took advantage of our dire situation. The Administration here is completely heartless and despicable.

Great facility! Nurses are very nice and helpful. Staff is very attentive as well! So many great changes.

Do not use this facility. The staff is not responsive when the call bell was used. CNA's were not very nice and could not answer badic questions about my brother's status.

I had the opportunity to visit this facility when my aunt was staying here. When my family and I arrived for a visit, we were impressed with the well-kept grounds. Parking was convenient and plentiful. As we walked up to the building which appeared to be freshly painted, the lobby was well-lit and helpful personnel were at the desk. As we were walked to my aunt's room, there was a jovial atmosphere among other residents and staff. People were participating in happy conversation and the rooms seemed clean and fresh-smelling. After a pleasant visit in my aunt's room, it was almost dinner time. We were allowed to join her in the dining area. The dining room was well-appointed and had a lovely view of the surrounding area. The food appeared to be tasty and hot and my aunt enjoyed it. Over all, this facility appears to be clean and well-kept with a helpful, happy staff and my aunt felt comfortable there.
