"This is a great home. Administrator and staff have done an excellent job since they purchased in 2012. Staff are always caring and take exceptional care of my family. Food is really good. Homemade special meals are made from Italian to steak and shrimp, grilling it is all wonderful."

"My mom is a resident at Heart of the Ozarks. I think the staff there is wonderful. The nurse’s keep me informed on all the things I need to know about my mom. The administrative team is just as wonderful as the nurses and CNA’s. It’s like a big family there. I would recommend this place for anyone that has to make that decision to live in long term care."

"I have found the facility to be very good. Staff seem eager to assist residents and treat them with love and respect. I have never seen a staff person respond in a testy or angry way to a resident. I have eaten meals there with my wife and they are very good, low salt of course, but plentiful and tasty. "
