I have found the facility to be very good. Staff seem eager to assist residents and treat them with love and respect. I have never seen a staff person respond in a testy or angry way to a resident. I have eaten meals there with my wife and they are very good, low salt of course, but plentiful and tasty.

I'm hoping not all nursing homes are the same. In my visit to this particular one, some of the staff really seemed like they didn't want to be there. They had negative attitudes and didn't pay attention when a resident asked for something. As for amenities, the residents seemed like they were happy with what they had and what they were allowed to do. The facility was clean and well kept. If they hired a few more employees that enjoyed their jobs I would surely recommend this nursing home.

I have had multiple family members and have friends that have had family members residing in this facility as well. The staff is always friendly and courteous. they are sure to make the residents as well as guests and visitors feel at home. They know what they are doing there. All of the residents really seem to enjoy themselves. They enjoy the company of other residents as well as the staff. I've never been in such a friendly environment! Everything is done in a timely manner and the staff really seems to operate efficiently! The facilities were very clean and well maintained. Health concerns are always communicated to the correct family members in a timely manner. The staff is always available if you need to talk to them and be updated on the state of health of your loved one. It isn't the fanciest place in the world, but it definitely has a nice "homey" feel. The staff is so great at building rapport with you that you don't feel like you're surrounded by strangers.
