I would move into Summerville of St. Andrew's. It is only two years old, and it's not full yet. The manager was super nice. She was the only one who sent me a thank-you card. They look like homes, and that's the beauty of it. This would be the first apartment that has ADT security and a Ring camera. They also have five continental breakfasts at the clubhouse. They have a bar, a gym, a bocce ball game, and a pickleball court. They got a serpentine walkway throughout the neighborhood. The staff was awesome. She even hugged me. That was a good experience. She said she loved meeting people. They got a nice set of coffee or tea machines in the clubhouse. They have a tablet, so if you forget to ask for maintenance to do something, you tap into that machine in the clubhouse. The place was so clean. We ran into two neighbors who talked about their experience. They were very friendly. They spoke to me and said, 'Welcome, neighbor.' That was great. It was a beautiful day that day. The landscaping was nice. They let you bring your flower pots. They also have little boxes from different areas where you can plant a flower garden. The staff gave me the calendar of activities, and I was looking at it last night. They have women's lunches and dinners. They have volunteers who make candy bags and chili cook-offs. They have a pancake breakfast. They have yoga on the video thing. They go on different trips. They have a van. They'll take you shopping. They do all kinds of activities.
