The facility has just gone through a beautiful renovation. It is lovely and so comfortable for the residents, The rooms are so comfortable having their own bathrooms and little kitchen areas. I did not eat there, but the food always smelled delicious and I know they gave the residents what they wanted and special treats. The staff were all so wonderful and caring to my sister-in-law while she was there. She was not always easy to care for, but they stayed on top of her needs. The had fun and creative activities for the residence, from music, doing their nails, tea parties, happy hour, and special crafts for holidays. There are outdoor places to sit and the staff often will have special activities or treats outdoors. Mt. Pleasant is a nice town with many restaurants and activities with the college right there.
