It was a beautiful facility. It's wonderful, they have caring people, and it's a great location for us. We're really excited at the prospect of having our mother live there. I think she'd be well cared for and stimulated with the activities. We're just very impressed. It's brand new, but it's a lovely facility. I know someone whose father is living there, and she said the food is really excellent. We didn't eat any ourselves, but I know the chef, and he's a wonderful chef. I've heard nothing but rave reviews about the food. The people we met were just very lovely, caring, informative, and very impressive.

My mother was a resident of the Memory Care Unit. We were in urgent need of a place to take mom where we could still interact with her. They were able to accommodate us right away. The facility is beautiful and the Staff is excellent, you felt like they were family. If you had a concern or needed help with your loved one they would take the time to chat with you and be sure the care taking staff was notified right away. The food was very good and mom enjoyed her meals very much. There are group activities for all levels and they try to engage all the residents. The rooms are comfortable and allow the resident quiet time when they want it. They have a beauty shop and theater too. Please take a look at this facility I think you will be impressed.

The Terraces at Lake Orion is a vibrant Assisted and Memory Care community that puts you first!
Our mission is to honor teamwork, stewardship, integrity, transparency, growth and celebration. We have a state-of-the-art UV-C light HVAC system that continuously exchanges inside air with fresh outside air every 12 to 15 minutes. We have applied SurfaceStrike, an antimicrobial disinfectant throughout the community which brings immediate, long-lasting disinfectant.
Our staff is unique. We hire and train all our care providers so there is great communication and consistency throughout the day. A full-time nurse and 24/7 care partners. We have two doctors that come in weekly to see our residents in addition to podiatrists, dentists, PT/OT, hospice, etc. Well-rounded and engaging activities for all levels, freshly made food and amazing full-time housekeepers, laundry, and maintenance staff that are simply the best. A variety of amenities include studios, 1-Bedrooms, 2-Bedroom apartments, all-inclusive pricing structure, cable and WiFi included, activities area, family gathering areas, hair salon, movie theater, patio terraces and much more!
