Meadow Woods Nursing and Rehab Center

My mother-in-law is in Meadow Woods. It has been great. They had an opening, and they took her Medicaid. It was also very clean, and everyone was very friendly. She likes the food for the most part. I like the fact it's not too terribly far from where we live. The building is outdated, and old on the outside, but kept up. The inside is a little bit more renovated and newer. The rooms are basic, but perfectly fine, and there's plenty of space. They have bingo, different game nights, music, different people that come in and entertain, and some arts and crafts that they do if they want. They have a little courtyard garden area outside that's very nice to go to take her out into when we go out and visit. There has not been any problems or issues, and they are very good with communicating with us. The staff members are all very friendly, very loving, and caring towards my mother-in-law.

My Mom did rehab there. Excellent care. My Dad lives there he gets amazing care. Clean nice country setting. Beautiful courtyard they use when weather permits. Rooms are clean and they make sure roommates get along. Daily activities. Bingo, Games, entertainment.

The outside of this facility is neat and attractive. The entryway includes decorations and a friendly hello. The hallways don't feel like a hospital. The smell that usually pervades this type of facility is much less than in the past. The rooms are more person friendly. Staff seems interested in helping. A Bible study is provided for those staying in this facility. Also, some crafts and other activities are provided. A qualified nursing staff is on duty at all times.
