What I like about Royal is that it's close to my house and I can just visit my Aunt anytime. The nurses and staff working there were very good and I have no complaints about them. She is in a 3 bedroom but she has dementia so she is not in her room too often. I haven't heard her complaining about the food. Other people have but she is not complaining so that's fine.
